When I was young

I loved the roller coaster

The thrill and sensation

Nothing could compare

Now I’m getting old

With my salt and pepper hair

I get the same sensation

From my rocking chair

A GOOD HEART

 

Exercise is good for you

There is no doubt in that

A good exercise regime

Will burn your excess fat

Diet helps your heart as well

If you’re careful what you sup

But sometimes the best exercise

Is to bend down and help another up
