Are you wearing chiffon?
So you’ve chosen
style over substance
But you won’t hear
me complain
As transparency
tends to enhance

Many things break my heart in two

Not the fake
painted on kind
True beauty doesn’t

The artificial gloss
of glamour
Or the mask of
vanity
True natural beauty
Is hidden in a
maiden fair
Who lives
blissfully unaware
Of her great gift
Because the greatest
beauty of all
Resides within

Shifting like the
desert dunes

Undependable and

With feet of clay
