“When I was on the bus with Dad,
He told me to give up my seat to a lady”
A little boy told his mum “good boy
You were right to listen to your daddy”
“But mum you don’t understand”
He said “I was sitting on daddy's knee”
“When I was on the bus with Dad,
He told me to give up my seat to a lady”
A little boy told his mum “good boy
You were right to listen to your daddy”
“But mum you don’t understand”
He said “I was sitting on daddy's knee”
I want to die peacefully in my sleep,
Like Dad, peacefully without
a fuss
And not screaming and
yelling
Like the passengers did
on his bus
I was eavesdropping on the bus
But
I couldn’t quite get the gist
They
mentioned Angry Birds
But
was it the game or feminists
I was at the bus stop today
Waiting
for one to go my way
One
came which worried me a bit
So,
I decided not to catch it
Because
its destination said “terminus”
And I didn’t want to die on a bus
